Modlight60 Pro

The Modlight60 Pro-RGB from Murrelektronik is a versatile, adaptable, and cost-effective IO-Link signal tower designed for clear and reliable signaling in industrial applications. It features 20 RGB LED discs that can be set to 21 colors and 10 different light patterns, offering flexible options for eye-catching signaling. The brightness of the LEDs is adjustable, and an Eco mode that reduces brightness by 50 percent ensures energy efficiency. One version of the signal tower is equipped with a buzzer that offers eight different tones for individual acoustic signaling.

Modlight60 Pro

The Modlight60 Pro-RGB is easy to set up as it requires no extensive configuration and can be connected via an unshielded M12 cable. It is dust and splash-proof (IP65) and can be operated without IO Device Description (IODD). The two different IODDs allow individual control of the RGB LED discs in terms of colors, blink patterns, and animations through process data.

This IO-Link signal tower offers various operating modes to realize multiple signaling types with just one device. In Stack Mode, individual LED discs can be segmented into up to five units to represent a classic signal tower. The autoscale function allows the automatic and symmetrical division of the LED discs for full-surface signaling for maximum visibility. The Level Mode allows precise and proportional representation of operational processes, such as showing production progress or fill levels. In Slice Mode, each individual LED disc can be individually controlled in terms of color, light pattern, and animation.

With cURus approval for the US and Canadian markets, the Modlight60 Pro-RGB is suitable for use in various industries, including automotive, intralogistics, machine tools, packaging, and semiconductors.
